If you have interacted or worked with Dr. Boucher in a professional capacity and you would like to request that she serve as a reference or submit a letter of reference/recommendation for you (e.g., for graduate, employment, practica, internship, or scholarship applications), please complete this form at least two weeks in advance of the letter submission deadline.

After submitting this form, email Dr. Boucher at cboucher@uwindsor.ca to verify that she has received your request. If you have not confirmed this directly with her via email, a letter may not be completed for you.
